Governor's Estate Sour Peach Cocktail

50ml Bombay Sapphire  5ml Amontillado Sherry  20ml Governors Estate Aromatic Peach Herbal Infusion Syrup  20ml Sour Peach   Served over Frozen Edible Flowers  To make the syrup:  Mix 2  Governors Estate Peach Tea  bags with 100g sugar and 100ml boiling water  Let it sit for an hour  Take tea bags out and use as you will!
