Refund policy
Returns on Tea Products
For the safety and wellbeing of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on tea products that have been opened or used. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Non-Consumable Products
For accessories (such as teaware or gift items), we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on tea. If you wish to change a non-consumable product, please follow the returns process and place a new order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days once your return has been received and inspected.
