Brewing guide
Hot Brewing Guide:
Bring the water to a boil. Keep the kettle lid open for 3 mimutes allowing the water to cool to around 90°C. Gently pour the water on top of the tea bag and let it brew for 3 minutes.
Cold Brewing Guide:
For a refreshing chilled infusion, steep for 7 minutes, then chill for 1 hour. Serve with peaches and mint leaves.
